Ashley Chen - violin
My name is Ashley Chen and I play the violin. I'm a senior at Allen High School and also a member of GDYO. I love jazz because it's a chance for self-expression and spontaneity outside my classical roots. In my free time, I like to bake and write.
Louie Yeh - violin
Hello, I am Louie Yeh, a violinist in my junior year of high school. Outside of jazz, I also play in the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra. I love watching Godzilla films and reading science fiction when I relax.
Trinity Sun - violin
Hi, my name is Trinity Sun. I’m a senior at Allen High School. I’m also a violinist. The reason I like jazz is because jazz music sounds cool and fun. In my free time, I like to draw or listen to music, and I’m also interested in 2D and 3D animation.
Audrey Chen - violin
My name is Audrey Chen, and I play the violin in YJI. I enjoy jazz because it lets me be creative when I play my instrument. I am a freshman, and in my free time, I like to draw, play badminton, and code.
Micah Bybee - clarinet
Hello my name is Micah Bybee and I play the clarinet for YJI. I’m a senior at Shepton High School. Some of my hobbies outside of music are reading and playing games.
